You will be assigned daily to topics directly related to optimizing the booking funnel for hospitality services. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the experience, engagement, and usability. Define and justify a multichannel and intuitive digital experience with our product teams. Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and User Researchers to investigate and clarify user expectations, identifying opportunities to seize.
As part of the Kafka product team within Confluent Cloud, you will work on envisioning and evolving new features and usability improvements to our core Kafka user experience.
